ECRVILLAS Terms and Conditions


Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer and UPI.


Charges

  • Extra Person Charge: An additional fee of INR 1,000 will be charged for each extra person, even if they visit for just an hour.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000 may be required upon check-in. The deposit will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the property at check-out.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Advance Payment Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 10 days before the check-in date will receive a refund.

    • If the advance payment is between 40% and 50%, 30% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

    • Advances below 40% are non-refundable.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the check-in date.


Date Transfer Policy

  • One-Time Date Transfer: Guests can request a one-time booking date transfer with an additional 10% charge on the booking amount, provided the request is made at least 10 days before the original booking date.


House Rules and Regulations

  • Spitting and Vomiting: Spitting is strictly prohibited in all common areas. A charge of INR 1,000 will be applied for cleaning in the event of vomiting.

  • Valuables: The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables left inside the villa.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted.

  • Alcohol Consumption: Permitted inside the villa only.

  • Illegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the property.

  • Furniture/Fixtures: Moving furniture or fixtures is not allowed.

  • ID Proof: Upon check-in, please submit ID proof for verification:

    • Two original IDs for one person and

    • Copies for three persons are required.

  • Noise Levels: Maintain reasonable noise levels to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.

  • Smoking: Allowed only in designated areas.


Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon (22-hour stay)


Additional Information

  • Food Delivery: Food can be ordered via Swiggy or Zomato.

  • Maintenance Issues: Report any issues immediately to management for prompt resolution.

  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged for repairs or replacements as necessary.
