We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund

• 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund

• Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund

2. Cancellation by ECR Villas

• If we are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, maintenance, etc.), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. No-Show

• No refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
