How do we add value
- We audit the Home and offer a template that would have all the requirements to make this liveable .
- If there should be a replacement like Bulbs , batteries , gas , breakages we could assist to replace it at your cost .
- We will keep an eye on Pest, rodents , bed bugs , Lizards , snakes , termites , ants and other creepy and crawlies and maintain thru our Pest control team .
- If you should want to use your own person as caretaker , we will offer proper training , provide uniform , and share SOP with him and also assistance during full house and help in housekeeping .
- We will appoint common vendors to offer standardized products like Cutlery , Linen with our brands and amenities like hand wash etc to add the wow factor in your villa .
- If there should be a Garden or Pool we can offer maintenance to the pool and gardening at all times through our vendors.
- Our caretakers are trained to check all fittings and furniture after each check out to make sure everything is intact and not damaged. if it’s missing or damaged we usually take a deposit from the clients which can be used to compensate the loss and if its more we would coordinate with client as we have their complete details in our log in and will assist with coordination with insurance company to make good the loss .
