Cancellation and Refund Policy :

Advance Payment Refund:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 12 days or more before the check-in date will receive a

refund, minus a 30% cancellation fee.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 days before the

check-in date.

Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds for last-minute cancellations.

Date Transfer Policy

One-Time Date Transfer: Guests can request a one-time booking date transfer at no

additional charge, provided the request is made at least 10 days before the original booking

date.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:

• If the guest wishes to cancel prior to 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request

Payment Policy

• In case of split payment, the complete balance amount needs to be paid within 7 days from the date of booking or Check-in date whichever is earlier.
• In case of cancellation the refund subjected to applicable cancellation policy.
